Beginner-friendly
Clear steps, visual cues, and “what it should look like” tips—no jargon required.
Fixes + troubleshooting
Sunken centers? Dry crumb? Lumpy frosting? We help you diagnose and fix it.
Our story
Cake Baking Tips started as a shared weekend habit: Emma baked, Chris took notes, and we both tried to figure out why the same recipe
could turn out perfect one day—and frustrating the next.
Over time, we built a “baking playbook” full of the little details that actually matter: pan prep, mixing order, oven positioning,
and the tiny timing cues that separate “good” from “great.”
This website is where we share that playbook—so you can bake with confidence, even if you don’t bake every week.
