- 16 ounces mini marshmallows
- ½ cup biscoff cookie creamy spread
- 6 cups rice krispies cereal
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat.
- Add the mini marshmallows and Biscoff spread to the pot, stirring constantly until fully melted and combined.
- Remove from heat and add the Rice Krispies cereal, mixing until well coated with the marshmallow mixture.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan, pressing down gently to pack it in.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
For a more intense Biscoff flavor, add an extra tablespoon of Biscoff spread.
Ensure to grease your hands or use a piece of parchment paper when pressing the mixture into the pan to avoid sticking.
Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
