Description

Butterfinger Nutter Butter Truffles bring together irresistible flavors with creamy cheese and crunchy candy bars. This simple recipe makes delightful treats perfect for gatherings or a sweet snack at home.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz nutter butter cookies, crushed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 10 fun-size butterfinger candy bars
  • 16 oz milk chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Crush the nutter butter cookies in a food processor, then combine them in a bowl with the softened cream cheese and mix well.
  • Crush the fun-size Butterfinger candy bars in the food processor, add to the cookie mixture, and beat until combined.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate the truffles until firm, about 30 minutes.
  • Melt the milk chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  • Using a fork, dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, tapping off any excess before returning them to the baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle additional crushed Butterfinger pieces on top while the chocolate is still wet, then refrigerate until set.
