- semisweet chocolate disks – 16 ounces
- peppermint extract – 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions
- Place the semisweet chocolate disks in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 30 seconds. Stir and continue heating in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and glossy.
- Mix in the peppermint extract into the melted chocolate until well combined.
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Dunk each Oreo cookie into the chocolate using a fork. Lift and tap the fork to let excess chocolate drip off.
- Place the chocolate-coated Oreo on the lined baking sheet.
- Transfer the remaining melted chocolate into a piping bag or Ziploc bag with a snipped corner.
