Description

These Easy Banana Pudding Fudge Squares with a Nilla Wafer Crunch deliver irresistible flavors with simple prep. Perfect for gatherings or a sweet treat at home, using banana pudding and rich almond bark for a delightful dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 20 ounces almond bark, chopped
  • 1 box banana cream pudding (3.4 ounces)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
  • 20 nilla wafers

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, allowing some to hang over the edges for easy removal. Set aside.
  • In a medium microwave-safe bowl, pour in the sweetened condensed milk. Heat in 20-second intervals for about 1 minute, stirring each time until hot but not boiling.
  • Whisk in the banana pudding mix until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
  • In a separate microwave-safe bowl, add the chopped almond bark.
  • Microwave on high for approximately 3½ minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Avoid overheating.
  • Quickly combine the pudding mixture with the melted chocolate, ensuring full blending before it thickens too much.
  • Spread the fudge mixture evenly into the prepared pan using a rubber spatula.
  • Crush the Nilla wafers in a small bag using a rolling pin or the bottom of a mug.
  • Sprinkle the crushed wafers over the fudge, pressing them down lightly to secure them.
  • Cover the fudge and refrigerate overnight to allow it to set completely.
  • Remove the fudge from the pan, cut into squares, and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, refrigerate overnight to ensure proper setting.
Feel free to experiment with other flavors of pudding for a twist on this classic chocolate fudge.
