Description

  • 3/4 cup milk, any kind, even dairy free
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup neutral oil, vegetable or avocado

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F and prepare a 9×9 inch baking pan by lining it or spraying it with non-stick spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine white sugar, brown sugar, all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and kosher salt. Stir well to mix thoroughly.
  3. Add the chocolate chips to the dry mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Incorporate the milk, vanilla extract, eggs, and neutral oil into the bowl.
  5. Stir the mixture gently until everything is just combined; avoid overmixing.
