Ingredients

  • graham cracker crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cool whip, thawed (or whipped cream, stiffly beaten)
  • 1 package (3 oz) peach jello powder
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) cook and serve vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups sliced peaches in syrup or juice, drained

Instructions

  1. Beat together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Fold in the Cool Whip, then spread the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust.
  3. In a saucepan, mix the peach jello powder, vanilla pudding mix, and water. Whisk well and gently bring to a boil over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until thickened and translucent.
  4. Remove the saucepan from heat and allow the glaze to cool for exactly 5 minutes.
  5. Place the drained peach slices on top of the cream cheese layer and spoon the warm glaze over the peaches, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  6. Refrigerate the pie for at least 3 hours, or preferably overnight, until it is fully set.

Notes

Use fresh peaches for a burst of flavor or canned peaches for convenience.
This pie can be made a day in advance for an easy dessert option.
