Ingredients

  • oreo cookies
  • melted butter
  • guinness stout (1.5 cups)
  • semi-sweet chocolate (8 oz)
  • full-fat cream cheese
  • natural cocoa powder
  • sour cream
  • vanilla extract
  • eggs
  • baileys irish cream
  • heavy cream
  • white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • Pulse the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs, then mix with the melted butter.
