Description
This Leprechaun Pistachio Fudge combines the delightful taste of white chocolate and Irish cream with crunchy pistachios. It’s an easy no-bake treat that will impress your guests and is perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 3 ½ cups white chocolate chips (22–24 ounces)
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup irish cream
- 1 cup shelled pistachios roughly chopped
Instructions
- Line an 8-inch × 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or tin foil, leaving some overhang to lift the fudge out later.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the sweetened condensed milk for 1 minute.
- Place white chocolate chips in a large glass bowl and pour the warm condensed milk over them. Allow to sit for 1-2 minutes before stirring until the chocolate is melted and smooth. If needed, microwave for an additional 15 seconds and stir again.
- Mix in the Irish cream thoroughly. Add 3/4 of the chopped pistachios and combine well.
- Transfer the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and sprinkle the reserved pistachios over the top, pressing them gently into the fudge.
- Refrigerate the fudge for 3 to 4 hours until firm. Remove from the dish, peel off the liner, and cut into 25 pieces. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
For a thicker fudge, use a smaller baking dish or increase the amount of chocolate chips.
Feel free to substitute the Irish cream with a non-alcoholic version for a similar flavor.
Ensure the fudge is completely cooled before cutting to maintain its shape.
