Instructions

- Add the eggs, vanilla, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, ¾ teaspoon cayenne, salt, and 2 tablespoons of cocoa, mixing well to combine.
- Gently fold in the flour until incorporated, then stir in mini chocolate chips.
- Spread the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few crumbs attached. Allow cooling completely before slicing.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, ¼ teaspoon cocoa, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, and a pinch of cayenne. Sprinkle this mix over the sliced brownies.
