- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1½ cups dry roasted cocktail peanuts
Instructions
- Line 2 baking sheets with wax paper and set them aside.
- In a large heat-safe mixing bowl, combine the chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each interval until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
- Let the melted chocolate cool to lukewarm, then mix in the miniature marshmallows and dry roasted peanuts until they are thoroughly coated with chocolate.
- Use a 1½ tablespoon cookie scoop to portion out the candy clusters, placing them about 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheets.
- Refrigerate the clusters until they are fully set before serving.
Notes
