Description
These Valentine strawberry yogurt bites feature fresh strawberries, creamy yogurt, and crunchy granola. Perfect for a sweet treat, they are easy to prepare and ideal for any occasion.

- ½ cup granola, more for topping
- 1 cup yogurt of choice
- ½ cup fresh strawberries, hulled and diced
- ¾ cup fresh strawberries, sliced or chopped
- ¼ cup granola, smaller pieces work better
Instructions
- Line a 12-cup muffin pan with muffin liners or use a 12-cup silicone baking pan.
- Sprinkle about 2 teaspoons of granola into the bottom of each cup and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine yogurt and diced strawberries. Mash the strawberries into the yogurt using a pastry cutter or fork, leaving some chunks.
- Mix thoroughly with a rubber spatula or wooden spoon until well combined.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture into each cup, tapping the pan to smooth out the layer.
- Press about 1 tablespoon of sliced strawberries into the tops of each cup.
- Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of granola over the strawberries in each cup.
- Place the pan in the freezer and chill until firm, approximately 2-4 hours.
- Pop out each frozen yogurt bite and let them sit for a few minutes before enjoying.
Notes
Feel free to add honey or maple syrup for added sweetness if desired.
