- ¾ cup white chocolate chips plus a few extra for the top
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, and oil; whisk until smooth.
- Mix in the Bisquick and pumpkin pie spice until just combined. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan; smooth the top and sprinkle a few extra chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before turning out onto a rack to cool completely.
