- 2 cups whole milk

- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 5 large eggs plus 1 additional egg if needed
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the cubed butter, milk, salt, and sugar, then bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Remove from heat and quickly add the flour, stirring until the mixture forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly before beating in the eggs one at a time until the dough is smooth and glossy.
- If the dough seems too thick, add the additional egg to achieve the desired consistency.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop or pipe the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pastries puff up and turn golden brown. Do not open the oven during baking.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack.
