Description

Eyeball Jello Shots are a spooky yet delightful treat, featuring a vibrant strawberry flavor and fun gummy eyeballs. Perfect for parties or festive gatherings, these easy-to-make jello shots are sure to impress every guest!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 ounce box strawberry jell-o gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • ½ cup vodka
  • 12 gummy eyeball candies

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl with a pour spout, combine the strawberry gelatin and boiling water, whisking until fully dissolved.
  2. Add the cold water and vodka, mixing well.
  3. Position 12 (2 ounce) jello shot cups on a rimmed tray to catch spills. Carefully pour the jello mixture into each cup up to the fill line, leaving ⅛ inch of space at the top.
  4. Chill the tray in the refrigerator for 1 to 1 ½ hours, until the jello is partially set.
  5. Gently place a gummy eyeball on top of each jello shot, then return the tray to the refrigerator for another 1 ½ hours to overnight until firmly set.
  6. Once set, cover each cup with a lid and store in the refrigerator until serving.

Notes

Feel free to use other flavors of jello if you want a different taste.
Make sure to leave enough space in the cups to avoid spills when adding the gummy eyeballs.
