Description

These Frozen Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bites feature the perfect combination of sweet, creamy bananas, rich chocolate, and crunchy peanut butter. A mouthwatering treat that’s simple to prepare and perfect for a quick snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 3 dark chocolate squares (1 oz)
  • ¾ tsp coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Line a tray or plate with baking paper.
  2. Peel the bananas, cut each in half, then slice them lengthwise to create 4 pieces per banana.
  3. In a bowl, place the chocolate squares and coconut oil, then microwave until melted; stir until smooth.
  4. Spread about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter on each banana slice.
  5. Drizzle melted chocolate over each slice.
  6. Sprinkle shredded coconut on top.
  7. Place the slices on the tray and freeze for 1–2 hours.
  8. Transfer frozen pieces to containers and store them in the freezer.
  9. Allow to thaw for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
