  • 2 1/2 lbs party chicken wing dings, disjointed with tips removed
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp salted butter
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup fave thick bbq sauce
  • 1/2 cup orange blossom honey
  • 1/4 cup orange juice, no-pulp
  • 2 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne until well combined.
  2. In a large bowl, pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel, then sprinkle with baking powder to keep them dry.
  3. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the wings in two stages, ensuring the chicken is evenly coated.

Notes

For extra crispiness, ensure wings are thoroughly dry before seasoning.
Adjust the level of cayenne pepper for desired spiciness.
Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side for dipping.
