Description

This Lemon Blueberry Trifle is a delightful dessert featuring layers of rich lemon curd, creamy blueberry topping, and fluffy angel food cake. It’s easy to prepare and perfect for gatherings or a sweet treat at home.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (16 fl oz/480 ml) heavy whipping cream
  • 1 recipe blueberry cheesecake topping , chilled
  • 5 cups (12 oz/340 g) angel food cake , cubed
  • 2 cups (16 oz/450 g) lemon curd , chilled

Instructions

  1. In a stand mixer or with a handheld mixer, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form and set aside.
  2. In a trifle dish, layer half of the blueberry topping, half of the cubed angel food cake, half of the lemon curd, and half of the whipped cream.
  3. Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients to create a second layer.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to let the flavors meld together.
  5. Serve chilled, garnished with fresh blueberries and lemon slices if desired.

Notes

The trifle is best enjoyed within 24 hours of preparation.
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
