- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup (100g) packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 2 3/4 cups (354g) all-purpose flour or 1-to-1 gluten-free baking flour, spooned and leveled
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup (224g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
