- ⅓ cup powdered sugar (40 grams)
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Chill your mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Blend freeze-dried strawberries in a blender or food processor until fine powder forms.
- In the chilled mixing bowl, combine strawberry powder, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Start mixing on medium-low speed for about 30 seconds, then increase to medium-high until stiff peaks form (about 1 more minute).
- Use immediately or cover and store in the fridge for up to one day.
