Description

This Strawberry Whipped Cream is light, fluffy, and bursting with strawberry flavor. With just a few simple ingredients, it’s perfect for topping desserts or enjoying on its own.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ⅔ cup freeze-dried strawberries (14 grams; 3 tablespoons powder)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (240 ml)
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar (40 grams)
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Chill your mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. Blend freeze-dried strawberries in a blender or food processor until fine powder forms.
  3. In the chilled mixing bowl, combine strawberry powder, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  4. Start mixing on medium-low speed for about 30 seconds, then increase to medium-high until stiff peaks form (about 1 more minute).
  5. Use immediately or cover and store in the fridge for up to one day.

Notes

Ensure to chill the mixing bowl and beaters for better volume.
Store any leftovers in the fridge, consume within one day for best flavor.
